What is wrong with these ideas which will actually lower the cost of healthcare?

Trial lawyers is my big thing. There needs to be some type of malpractice, but there are ways to reform this. More arbitration, limits on rewards, etc. Without question we could lower the cost and still hold doctors accountable.

Pooling options are great buy qualifying for health insurance production is harder than many may think.
Wasn’t it the Republicans that prevented us from going across state lines. Isn’t there going to be major problems fixing state to state coverage that will only result in 10 years or more of drained taxpayer dollars.
I like the pooling thing but attempts have been made to do this and it resulted in health plans, not insurance plans, that only covered a few procedures.
Taking away trial lawyers reflects badly on society. Many doctors already go through their careers messing up procedures and doing things like leaving towel rags in people after surgery and closing them up with the rag still in them. But oh, well, we can risk death, miss work, go through surgery again, needlessly, and pay for the procedure and simply ask that we be reimbursed for the surgery and the time off of work. If you die, it will be “unfortunate.” If the wrong leg is operated on. Oh well, you’ll only get 10,000 dollars. Meanwhile you will wait 5 years to get social security, you’ll leach off the family and you’ll leach off the state only to find that the best job you can get will only pay 8.00 hour until you finish getting your degree again because you need to change professions. Oh, by the way, those bloodsucking trial lawyers will be out of the job. Aren’t we all about creating jobs in this country. Shouldn’t there be a lawyer present when medical malpractice takes place instead of a mandatory maximum amount decided by a board meeting that barely compensates medical malpractice that ruins someone’s life.
