My employer doesn’t offer a Health Savings Account as part of our benefits package, so is there a way for me to open one on my own?

Go to yor bank or one that can give the best saving Plan.
Start your own personel account there.
Stay out of it when you think you could use this money for something else.
When something does happen, in the health field with you or your family the money is sitting there for you to use.
