Bank of America won’t close my Account!
I allegedly closed my account on October 6th…but today I recieved a new atm card from b of a, in the mail, and was able to log into my account online, and over the phone (with the new atm card number…) and my savings account was still open, with a *keep the change* transfer in the amount of 89cents…..I withdrew ALL funds from my account, and havent done any transfers as of late….so…it baffles me! Just another sneaky way for B of A to not close customers accounts and keep charging them monthly fees, customers unaware!!! ****Update***** I went in again, and closed out my account in full, so hopefully it sticks this time!!!
