I am supposed to write something tommorrow night at work for D-day at Walmart. What should I write?

I think they want me to write I will go faster (even though they help the new people in other aisles to go “fast”). If I write that, then they could later fire me and then use it against me. If I write that I don’t think they are being fair, they could fire me too. I don’t know what to write that is “safe”. (He said I could also write “I will look for another job”, but I don’t think that is any of their business.) I think they are trying to cheat me out of holiday pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and the bonus check in Dec. and a $1200 health savings account money in January. I don’t know if I can win any way that i go here.They hold all the cards?
