My hsa through american chartered bank in il when set it up there was only 10 fee httpwwwamericancharteredcom you have to be anywhere near the bank im in calif and do all my transactions via snail male.
The actual hsa about 4years ago at that time my transactions via snail male.
You go to a bank and open one. There are many.
