I have regular, straight hair. Should I go to a hair stylist, give them a picture of her, and have it cut or can I just style it?

Tease your whole head then curl it teased, slightly brush out then,cut bangs and will look like hers!!
you can buy giant curlers … put them in when wet and your hair will flip like that.
