What do you think about my new diet/fitness/life goals?
OK. so at the moment i do no exercise, i eat ok but could be inproved, and i dont really make the most of my time and kinda waste money on crap.
SO here are my new goals to start off with.
Health & Fitness.
*Once a week start swimming from 5:30pm to 8:00pm
* Go any other time the pool is open for lane swimming and im not working.
* Drink only water, green tea or fruit juice
* Eat extremely healthy, get at least 5 fruit & veg a day, aim to have more.
* Try to join in with jogging when my boyfriend goes even though i **** it.
* Take cod liver oil daily & Vitamin D & Calcium tablets.
* Do situps/crunches before i go to bed, even if its only a few.
* Instead of lazing around on Sunday afternoon, go for a walk or swimming.
Life & Money.
* Sell all my c*rap on ebay and put all money into my savings account
* Pay off my credit card
* Aim to have 10K saved by this time next year
* Spend no money other than is required
* Tidy up my tip of a bedroom and keep it that way.
* Play guitar everyday and become good.

Eventually i want to be able to wake up early and go swimming for 2 hours before work, but i am working towards this as im always reallly tired and would have to wake up about 2 and half hours earlier than ususal.
But it will feel really good when i achieve all that
