Can anyone tell the pros and cons of a HSA (Health Savings Account)?

Would a High Deductible Health Plan & Health Savings Account (HSA) make sense if we are trying to have a baby?

health savings account? flexible spending account? cafeteria plan?
asked: we have: 2 employees, 2 co-owners.
health insurance is provided as is a 401k.
what is the best plan to institute to get the tax savings to pay for medical copays, etc.
and please explain how they work.
